"Room was lovely, clean & spacious. Pool area was a hit with my 10 year old. Being right on the beach was a win for my teenagers. Restaurant/Cafe & general store was very convenient & quite reasonably priced. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. "

"This place is booked solid for months and having stayed there I can see why! So glad I relied on the dozens and dozens of glowing reviews here and booked a stay. My only regret is that it wasn't longer! The location is so lovely, with views of the sea and backing onto the bush, and just a short walk to the beach. The backyard was a massive highlight and the most dreamy place to read a book in the afternoon sun. The interiors are really lovely and homely and we particularly appreciated the games cupboard, extremely comfy couch, lovely big kitchen and dog-friendly touches. Communication was prompt and helpful. We would love to come back. "

"For the price, this is a great house. Beautiful views, well equipped and newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. The main issue was no air conditioning, which made the house quite stuffy. The windows are so old they are almost falling apart, so I’m not sure aircon would help much. The BBQ was so dirty we didn’t use it- the last people hadn’t cleaned it well. The kitchen however, was clean and tidy. I messed up our dates, thinking I had booked an extra day, so we didn’t get time to clean as much as we would have liked upon leaving (it was a rush job!) but Lisa was really understanding. The website says to bring your own linen, which we did, but all beds are made with complete line, pillows etc, and there are bath towels provided. Don’t bring your own if you don’t have to :-)"

"Location fantastic! Amenities excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. Gardeners arrived and worked through the front and backyard without notice or letting us know what was going on. They left gates open, lucky the dog was inside when I saw the open gates after they had left."

"What a perfect spot for a group getaway! Privacy for the adults downstairs, entertaining in the middle and teenagers with their own rooms upstairs plus an extra room for friends. The views were fantastic. Thanks for your help in organising this Helen!"
