The roads to this property are very easy and accessible for all vehicles. The cabin is a short (1-2 minute) drive off a main road. The parking space/driveway fits three to four average-sized cars.

The spacious living room boasts an electric fireplace, plush seating, a pool table, numerous board games, and a 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV.

With expansive countertops and a spacious layout, the kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a feast.

If you enjoy eating outdoors, ditch the indoor dining table and feast on the screened-in porch. The porch offers a large gas grill, foosball, outdoor seating and dining. Safe inside, bugs won't be able to get to you on those hot summer nights!

The nearby private pond (shared between us and our neighbor) is a 5-10 minute walk from the home, offering beautiful views all year round. Hike through a secluded, wooded path to reach this hidden gem. The pond provides a closeby destination for those refreshing, early morning walks.

Put on your bathing suit and enjoy the private hot tub. Located on the deck, the hot tub is surrounded by towering pine trees in a private wooded setting.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE (PLEASE READ !!!)

- An initial set of supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, etc) are provided to begin your stay. Please note that we do not have a daily housekeeping service and will not be able to restock these supplies during your stay.

- Guests are responsible for maintaining grill propane. Propane exchange reimbursement will be provided.

- The private pond is shared between us and our neighbors and is situated on our neighbor’s property. Please be respectful of our neighbor’s privacy at all times.

- Bears, raccoons, and other wildlife are commonly found in the Great Smoky Mountains area. Please leave all trash in the designated garbage cage to avoid attracting animals close to the home. If a garbage pick-up is needed during your stay, please contact me a day ahead in order to allow enough time to organize with my housekeeper.

- The roads to the cabin are very easy and accessible for all vehicles. The property is a short (1 minute) drive off a main road. There is one hill on route to the home that is on the larger size, but nothing compared to the mountain roads you may encounter in the region.

- We do not provide firewood, kindling or lighter for the Fire Pit. If there are any left in the house by previous guests, you are welcome to use them.

- Guest agrees to take full responsibility regarding the safety of using the hot tub, accessing private pond and supervising children at all times.
