Turn your Smoky Mountain getaway into something unforgettable at this spacious 4-bedroom cabin. With a private pool, game room, and theater room, this luxury retreat has everything you need for fun and relaxation. Take in the mountain views, splash in your private pool, or challenge friends to a game of air hockey. When it’s time to unwind, settle into the upstairs sitting area with a sleeper sofa and TV or host the ultimate movie night in the theater room.

First Story/Entry Level:

- Chef's kitchen features full size appliances, granite counter tops, and kitchen island with bar seating.
- Fully stocked coffee station with Keurig, drip coffee pot, K cups, ground coffee, filters, and sweetener for the perfect cup of coffee to start off your morning.
- Dining area just off the kitchen featuring a dining table with seating for 8.
- Living room with indoor fireplace, large TV, and stunning mountain views.
- Covered deck located off the living room overlooking the mountains features rocking chairs and an outdoor dining table.
- King bedroom is located on the main level and includes a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, and full ensuite bathroom.

Second Story/Upper Level:

- Bunk Bedroom is located on the second level upstairs and includes a queen over queen bunk, ceiling fan, and TV.
- King Bedroom is located on the second level upstairs and includes a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, and full ensuite bathroom.

Additional Features:

We provide several different types of essentials to start you off during your stay! Depending on the length of your trip, you may wish to purchase additional items as needed. We start all our guests off with:

- Shower essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper in each bathroom
- Kitchen essentials: dish soap, dishwashing pods, paper towels, salt & pepper
- Coffee essentials: K cups, ground coffee, coffee filters, and sweetener
- Laundry essentials: laundry pods

PETS: We are pet friendly and happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $48 per pet per night plus tax. This will be included in your reservation total prior to booking if pets are included in your reservation. If you need any help adding pets after your trip is booked, please do not hesitate to let us know! Pet fees are due in full prior to your check in date. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. If you have any questions about our pet policies or how pet fees are processed, please let us know! We are available for any questions you may have. Please note, cancellations requested based on issues with the pet policy or pet fee outlined above will not be considered.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A deposit hold is required for this home. Please see house rules for additional details.

STAIRS: This home does have stairs to access the upstairs bedrooms and to access the downstairs movie theater and indoor pool. There are three stairs to access the front door from the road.

ROADS: Mountain road disclaimer: If you're unfamiliar with mountain roads, almost all mountain roads off the main city streets/parkway can at times be narrow, steep, and unlit. Once inside the neighborhood, the roads are paved, but the driveway to the home is steep. We always recommend taking your time on these roads and driving a vehicle you are comfortable with. There's no rush to get anywhere on mountain time!

WILDLIFE: The Smoky Mountains are home to a multitude of wildlife including bears, coyotes, racoons, possums, birds, snakes, etc. Please be aware of your surroundings and keep all food items/trash appropriately stored and disposed of. Clean the grill promptly after using to prevent wildlife from visiting!

SECURITY CAMERAS: There is one exterior camera for security purposes located at the front entrance of the home. Cameras may be recording audio/visual at any time. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $1000 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.

The cabin was great! The tallest cabin on the ridge for sure. We loved the views and the sunsets were amazing from all of the back decks and even the main living area. The hosts were easy to contact through the app and responded quickly when needed. We were the first guest under new management, so I'm sure this cabin will continue to get even better!
