Convenient, Easily Accessible Location. Please, no parking on grass. There is parking for 2 vehicles.

American Gem is located in Echota, a log cabin resort with entry from Winfield Dunn Parkway (a.k.a. Smoky Mountains Parkway and State Highway 66), the primary thoroughfare for visitors arriving via Interstate 40. Echota is located about 1/4-mile and on the opposite side of the Parkway from the impressive Sevierville Convention Center. It is about two miles north of Sevierville's central business district. Many churches, restaurants. retail stores, grocery stores and much more are within easy driving distance.

Ideal for One to Four Guests. There s NO Sleeper Sofa...

American Gem is a one-level cabin with two guest suites. Each suite has a king-sized bed with high quality linens, a corner Jacuzzi tub and an adjoining bathroom with step-in shower. Both suites are equipped with flat panel TV's, Infinity (Comcast) cable TV and Internet. There are rocking chairs on the front porch and a spacious back screened porch.

David Gothard and wife, Kathy are actively involved in cabin rentals and maintenance. David is an active Tennessee-licensed real estate broker. Kathy's real estate license is now in retired status. As an active licensee, David is required and does hereby disclose his personal interest in renting this cabin. As a prospective renter of American Gem, you acknowledge and agree that by making a rental reservation and/or signing the rental agreement provided, you are providing written consent to David's continued involvement in your respective rental transaction.
