Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our private studio is a tranquil retreat perfect for a restful stay in Sevierville. This room offers a comfortable king-sized bed with high-quality linens a private bathroom, and a living area with an extra queen size bed for the kids or for another couple or two. We're located just 5 minutes from downtown, offering convenient access to restaurants and local attractions, 10mins to soaky mountain waterpark and 15-20mins to Dollywood. This room is perfect for 2adults 2kids.

My fiancé and I book with VRBO primarily, due to their “host-free stay” policy. We thought this was a private studio apartment, but it is not. It is an upstairs loft in the host’s home. The host was present in the house attached to this property when we arrived. When we entered the property, we were met with the sound of blaring TV noise coming from the host, and were immediately uncomfortable with the fact that there was another individual staying here, so we decided to leave. We called VRBO to report these issues, confirmed that the host was present on the property as directed by VRBO, and were refunded for our stay.
