Huge place!

Huge two bedroom suites with two full kitchens! Only disappointment was that we were expecting one room to have a king and the other two queens but both rooms were just a long. Otherwise was clean, nice, and close to Dollywood!

The resort is amazing, but the listing doesn't mention this is a Wyndham resort. At check-in there was a high pressure type sell on sitting through a presentation to earn a gift card. I wouldn't have booked had I known. Should you need to reschedule due to COVID, you also will only get your rental fees credited back not all the extra fees like the cleaning fee. The resort is nice, but I am highly disappointed with this particular rental company. I've never left any negative feedback, but if it had been based on working with this company alone I would have left 1 star only.
