At the cabin, take a dip in your Private Indoor Heated Pool or relax in the Hot Tub while taking in stunning views of Sugarloaf Mountain, Bench Mountain, and Bluff Mountain peaks. Relax on one of the 3 covered decks while sipping your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Step inside and partake in some friendly competition in the game room or host movie night in your very own home theater with surround sound and a big screen TV. When we arrived, we found the upstairs ain’t be working! 83 degrees with it being 98 outside. When we called the hotline, at first the answer was sorry you will have to wait till next day until we can get someone there, we arrived on a Thursday at 4:00. Didn’t take that answer well as there was 11 of us staying there! After 3 hours of speaking to them we were given one portable ac unit and 2 fans, that’s all they could give us. Air stayed out entire visit with 82 degrees up stairs the entire time! I had to push and suggest the portable ac unit. They didn’t even want to offer that! A few other issues we noticed some major and some not that big a deal;Down stairs bedroom had to exposed sockets no covers at allFire extinguisher hadn't been serviced and checked in over a year Random command hooks all over the place The sofa- the entire leather ripped off- fake leather but it had been peeled offGrill on patio-bottom rusted out couldn’t cook on it Position ivy all over side of cabin and porch had to be careful not to touch Lamps- switches broken couldn’t use at all Wall in pool area is so buckled, huge hazardPool rails when getting out of pool, loose one of our guest almost fell! Upstairs shower when we arrived had people’s hairband stillp hanging in the showerThe vents in the bathroom bathrooms were completely covered with hairJust over all very poor condition This has to be the worst cabin I have ever rented! You can tell they have done bare minimum to get by here!

The cabin itself was nice, but as we arrived before we could even check-in. We got a message about the dishwasher, not working. Then once we got there, the furniture was really old. It did not match the picture. It looks like it had been there for like 6 or 7 years. Then we had a trouble with algae around the pool area. So we were not able to utilize the pool Someone was supposed to be sent out, no one never arrived, and all we kept getting was silence and promises that someone was going to come no one showed up, but the cabin itself was beautiful.

Our host had great communication through our stay; straightened out a password mistake right away. Other than the main sofa being very worn....we had a wonderful time. Everything was just as advertised. We would definately consider this cabin ahain.

This property was great for our youth group! We had a total of 15 people including a few adult chaperones. Each room has its own bathroom, which is much needed for groups!! The kids enjoyed the pool and game room and the theatre room gave us a perfect place to teach! Communication with property owner/manager was excellent!

Great place for large group. Furniture in living room is a mess - worn and falling apart. Very disappointed it was so nasty looking. Coffee pot didn't work but owners tried to help. We ended up buying our own. Refrigerator has no door shelves and barely enough room for food - we had to keep all beverages in coolers lined up in the kitchen. Place could be a go to but will try to find something better cared for next time.

Beautiful Cabin

I would recommend this cabin. My family and I loved it here. The cabin fit our size of 18 people but we could have had more family come too. Plenty of space and beautiful views. My grandchildren loved the pool, game room and theater room. The cabin was located in a prime area where you can assess of the attractions and restaurants. My only issue was towels. The towels were the size that a child would use. Also, not enough for the pool and shower usage. If you stay here I recommend you bring a beach towel if you have room in your luggage. One other issue was the internet. We had issues with signal especially when trying to order food. Other then that is was a great stay and my family really enjoyed their time. .

Annual family vacation

We had a group of 17. Plenty of room for everyone. The cabin is close to many of the local attractions. The host responded quickly to all our questions. We would stay here again next time we come to the Smoky Mountains.

Not clean and needs furnishings replaced!!!

This place needs to be cleaned! The table and floors were dirty. The fridge sounds like it is on its last leg, one of the couches is all tore up, the upstairs rail is coming off, there were cockroaches, and the pool had stuff floating in it. Just not a place where you felt relaxed.
