Not only is it spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 living room areas and a large wrap around deck with a bubbling hot tub, it is also nestled into its own secluded lot with a year-round breathtaking view of the Smokies and plenty of space for outdoor entertaining. Oh, and have we mentioned it's the ideal spot for the WHOLE family? That's right- bring your dog with you, as this cabin welcomes dogs and has the outdoor space to make that puppy good and tired!

Main Level:
-Fully equipped kitchen with glass doors leading to back deck with gas grill and seating
-Dining area with large table
-Bedroom #1 is a king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom (jacuzzi and standup shower), smart TV, and glass doors leading to hot tub and allows you to enjoy mountain view from bed (sleeps 2)!
-Bedroom #2 has full size bunkbeds and smart TV (sleeps 4)!
-Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with standup shower (sleeps 2)
-Living room with multiple couches, smart TV, and access to back deck with gas grill, seating, and hot tub
-Sitting area with sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)
-Full bathroom with shower/tub combo

Lower Level:
-Theatre room with huge smart TV and leather reclining chairs!
-Electronic darts
Note: this property can be rented 2 different ways, whole-house or half-house. THIS listing is half the house, offering only 3 bedrooms. A separate listing advertises all 5 bedrooms and is called Heavens View. The 3-bedroom option does not have a washer/dryer.

-We welcome your dogs, but please see pet restrictions/policies and be sure to register and pay for your dog when placing your reservation.
-All TVs are smart TVs, but please bring your own logins.
-Gravel driveway.
-There is no washer/dryer for the 3 bedroom option.

PROVIDED AT YOUR CABIN
● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent

NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If
you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen
exchange.
