Ponderosa was overall great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean and super nice. We expected there was a game room but there wasn’t. Only a pool and hot tub that was not in the cabin, separate building outta the cabin. There was mold on the ceiling in a couple rooms. But it was overall clean and tidy. Plenty of room for all of us. We had a friendly groundhog that visited everyday we were there. It was in a location away from everything but close enough to drive to everything. The road going to the cabin was super curvy and narrow and only one guard rail on one side. It was a little scary. Our free attraction tickets didn’t work! But our overall stay was quiet and good!We would stay here again and recommend friends.

Ponderosa cabin

Would definitely stay here again. The cabin was beautiful very clean and well taken care of. There was everything we needed except extra toilet paper. Great location very close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. About 10 minutes from the island at Pigeon Forge and all the sights.

Spring Break 2025

We booked a cabin with a private pool and easy access to to levels of the house and to the pool one in my party is handicap and uses a walker all the time and young children very nice cabin but water went out had to move to another cabin right in the middle of rod run weekend and that cabin was a inconvenience lots of steps no pool not what I wanted it to be very small washing machine and dryer no good with 14 people and 6 of them small
