The Space:

Nestled in the scenic beauty of Sevierville, Tennessee, this cabin offers everything you could possibly desire for an unforgettable vacation. It's a four-story haven, thoughtfully designed to ensure your family and friends experience utmost relaxation and entertainment. With the capacity to accommodate up to 11 guests, this cabin promises an exceptional getaway.



The amenities are extensive, including access to a community pool for a refreshing swim (pack your own pool towels). Inside, the entertainment options include a game room featuring a pool table, arcade games, and board games to keep everyone engaged.



For those who love grilling, a BBQ grill is readily available. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to hiking trails, allowing you to explore the stunning surroundings. Additionally, shopping outlets nearby offer a delightful retail therapy experience.



Traveling with little ones? No problem. The cabin provides a high chair and a Pack 'n Play for your convenience!

First Floor Downstairs/Basement: King bedroom w/ walk in shower

First Floor Basement Common Area: Daybed (twin), trundle bed (twin), bunk bed (twin over full), and a sleeper sofa.

Second Floor Basement: Pool Table, movie theater, arcade, and half bath



Flat parking for 4 vehicles - concrete driveway, paved road up to the cabin



We do not allow pets. However, please reach out if you are looking for a pet friendly cabin :)



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner’s closets) via keypad entry.



Other Things to Note:

Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.



* Please note there are 2 exterior facing cameras- 2 at the front and one on the back side of the house. This is solely to keep track of our cleaning services.

* No parties- guest count must be pre approved by host. No guests over the occupancy count at any time.

* Absolutely no smoking indoors

* Pets are NOT ALLOWED

* The community pool is open until about October 1st on Fri, Sat, & Sun from 10am-6pm. Please pack and bring your own pool towels if you plan on using it.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
