Samuel was responsive, friendly and helpful. Easy to contact, with quick responses. The property was absolutely stunning and perfect for our two families. The kids and adults loved all of the amenities like the pool, hot tub, game room. Gorgeous views of the scenery and very close to waterpark. Downtown area easy to get to from location as well. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful lodge inside and out

We have a group of 11 people (6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 7 month to 12 years old) stay and we really enjoyed ourselves. We had plennty of room to sleep, hang out, and eat. The lodge is beautiful inside and out and the view is breath taking. We will be recommending to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Better than Advertised!

Everything about our stay was better than we could have hoped for. The house was perfect and gorgeous, the host was friendly and helpful, and this area of Tennessee has us already thinking about our next trip!The rooms, beds and bathrooms are the perfect sizes - having dedicated bathrooms for each bedroom and a bonus one for the pool room was so helpful for our group of 8. Having two different "living rooms" plus the basement media/game room, and three sperate outdoor spaces was the great way to all be in the same house, but not be on top of each other, plus there is plenty of seating in all of the areas. Best of all was probably the private indoor pool. The kids spent the majority of their time in there and are now asking for that feature in all our future rental houses.Finally - the hosts exceeded all expectations in terms of helpfulness and response time. They shared information before we knew we needed it and got right back to us when we reached out.Hope to be back again soon!

Great stay

We had an issue or 2 completely unrelated to the host and the property, just coincidence and the host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. They made it very easy to get things taken care of and made our stay very welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone! The place was super nice and we had a great time, it was very clean and the beds were very comfy.
