This level features the living area, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom, and access to the deck and outdoor spaces.
The living room offers a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating, large windows for mountain views, and an electric fireplace to create a warm ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all cookware and tableware needed for your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides seating for your group to enjoy home-cooked meals together.
The bedroom on this level includes a king bed, flat-screen HDTV, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Step outside onto a covered deck with seating to enjoy the view, or head to the screened-in porch with a ping pong table and dining table for meals with a breeze. Just off the porch, a spacious yard features a fire pit with seating, a charcoal grill, and a patio dining setup—perfect for roasting s’mores or grilling out under the stars.

This level features a game and entertainment area, one bedroom, and deck with hot tub.
The game area includes a tabletop multicade arcade, cards table, and access to the upper deck. A cozy entertainment space features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen HDTV, and a sleeper sofa for extra accommodations.
The bedroom on this level offers a king bed, HDTV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted jacuzzi tub.

This level features one open-concept sleeping area.
