Great stay! Alberto was a very communicative host and accommodated luggage storage after check out. Great place and in a perfect location, right in the middle of everything but not too loud. Only thing to note is the loft with the two twins up top have quite low ceilings and the bedroom under it can hear noise above it.

Seville is the best city and there is no better location than this beautiful apartment! A quiet location but literally 5 steps from the best restaurants! Beware— the bedroom is like a little cave. I slept until 9:30 each morning and I NEVER do that!! The patio dries clothes in just hours. No complaints here! Such a cozy, perfect spot to stay in!!

Alberto was a lovely host and answered all my questions quickly. He greeted us warmly at the apartment when we arrived. The apartment is beautifully maintained and is perfectly suited for a short or long time stay. The kitchen was perfect for making my coffee in the morning and fixing snacks throughout the day and would also work if you wanted to cook a meal. There were many cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from too. The lovely central location made getting about easy with walking distance to many attractions and ease to flag down a taxi when needed. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Sevilla.

Sevilla Trip

My family and I went to Sevilla for the Fair. The property is in a great location, close to Santa Cruz and many great places to eat. Alberto was very responsive and the apartment was very nice.

Great Location in Nicc Neighborhood

This is a very clean and well located apartment. It is walking distance to many sites of Seville. Walking out the front door there are many places to eat, shop or have a drink. The square it is located in in very livable lots to do but relatively quiet. Alberto is a great host and easy to reach.

Wonderful apartment

Alberto’s apartment is clean, modern and in a perfect location. Restaurants and bars are literally a few steps from the front door. Alberto met us on arrival and communication with him was excellent.

PERFECT STAY

One of the most clean places I’ve ever stayed in. It is centrally located. Walking distance to everything. Wonderful vibe in the area of locals, restaurants, tapas, bars, points of interests. Alberto was very communicative and welcoming. Loved every minute of my stay.
