Overall great place! Great walking distance to plaza de España and the Cathedral. Many shops and plenty of good food options. The room was adequate, although on the first floor it was noisy and we had issues with the shower working correctly. Staff was very helpful and knew good english.

Unterkunft in guter rihiger Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Zimmer einfach und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation ist teils in Englisch möglich oder über Translator. Frühstück gut. Kaffee super.

Tres bien situé dans le quartier historique de Santa Cruz à 2 pas de la Giralda et de la cathédrale. De nombreux restaurants à proximité. Un magnifique mobilier de style ancien andalou a la réception qui lui confère un charme exceptionnel. Un personnel tres avenant.

The hotel was easy to get to. Staff were friendly. Had ground floor near restaurant was glad to say did not get any noise. Wifi did nit work in room. Had to to go to lobby. Rooftop was nice. Bed was comfortable. If just looking for bed and time to freshen up midday would recommend as a short and convenient hotel

L’hôtel est très bien situé géographiquement et le personnel est accueillant. Cependant, nous avons eu une énorme blatte dans la salle de bain un soir, et l’avons signalée dès le lendemain à la réception. Nous n’avons pas senti le personnel très concerné par ce signalement, malgré leur réponse nous indiquant qu’ils allaient traiter le problème.

Excellent service and staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Buffet was well stocked with plenty of options. Front desk staff helped with cab reservations and restaurants recommendations. It is an older hotel but is is kept was really clean. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of Seville!

The property is in a central area, walkable to a lot of the main sites and pick up spots for guided tours. When I arrived, I got into my room and wanted to rest before exploring the city, a staff member entered my room without knocking and i had put the dead bolt on but it appear it didn’t work. I was upset and two other staff member in charge response was “at least it was a woman”- as a woman traveling alone, I don’t care if it was a man or a woman, no one should enter my room without knocking and me letting them in. I was clearly upset and their attitude was pretty much there’s nothing they can do. The bed is also very hard and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here based on the staffs lack of care.
