“Overall, the service and management were terrible and I do not recommend this hotel. The room and central location was good. The not so good; hotel management claim they have 24 hour support but they do not and if you call or message in the evening they will state that it is very late (we called at 22:55 to remind them we needed additional towels - original request was the day prior). They asked us to wash and dry our own towels or that they would have new towels the next morning. We……
