Location, Location, (a little noise)

Great place in a great location. Walking distance to everything. The 'little noise' was from the street and added to the ambiance. Definitely would stay here again.

Spring Wedding in Seville

This was a beautiful apartment in a great location. Located on a pedestrian only street, guests should be prepared to walk a block or two with their luggage, however, the area is pedestrian friendly! The roof top patio is a great space!

Good emplacement

The apartment was clean and the location of the apartment was very good. On the other hand, we could not use the washer because the button of this one was broken and we received the instructions by email for the entry code and to collect the keys only on our arrival. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great location, terrible management. Our AC in the bedroom did not work on arrival, took them 5 nights to get it fixed. The temps were 95-108F outside. Not acceptable. Booked this location because of the AC knowing it would be hot in the summer. When it came time to speak with someone regarding our inconveniences, no answer. Very disappointed in green Apts.

Convenient location, but not for light sleepers

The location was very convenient, but at the same time terrible. On a very busy pedestrian street with lots of loud people roaming until the early hours of the morning. The apartment was on the top floor with no elevator (ugh!) and in dire need of an update. Single pane windows and shutters did little to keep noise out. Appliances and fixtures were all very old (and not in a good way). Walls need repair (cracked plaster, peeling wallpaper, and signs of mold). Priced way too high for a hat it is. Good communication from the host ensured easy access to the unit.
