Charming 6-Bedroom House with Terraces in the Heart of Historic Seville
Modern House located in the emblematic historic center of Seville, in the Arenal neighborhood. A few minutes from the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Archivo de Indias, the famous Torre del Oro, the Guadalquivir River, the Maestranza theater, or the Seville bullring.
For the reform, top quality materials have been used, preserving the original essence of the house. Its 6 bedrooms en suite, 7 bathrooms, two terraces, 2 living rooms and its views will not leave you indifferent.
The best layout and distribution have been sought for the comfort and convenience of the guests. A unique house, renovated with great taste and with all kinds of details. In the rehabilitation of it, the characteristics and history of the House have been taken into account, conserving some of its old materials such as its stones, bricks ... providing them with light and integrating them into the home, seeking a luxurious, elegant and ideal decoration while maintaining the essence of the property itself.
Entering from the street through a modern and elegant main door, we access the entrance hall on the ground floor, where we will also find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom adapted for the disabled. It has two 90x190 single beds. Also on the ground floor we find the second bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two 90x190 single beds. On this floor we find the elevator that gives access to the rest of the upper floors.
Through the beautiful stairs of the House, preserving its original stones, we access the first floor where there are three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each of 90x190 and the other with a double bed of 150x190. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. In addition there is a small utility room with a washer / dryer and a sink.
On the second floor we access the last bedroom, this one with a 180x200 bed and an en-suite bathroom. On this floor we also find the beautiful designer furnished living room with large capacity, as well as the modern kitchen incorporated into the living room and equipped with everything you need.
In the attic and top floor, a beautiful living room with a sofa, tv, etc., divides the two private terraces of the House. Both have garden furniture and are perfect to enjoy the pleasant climate of Seville and its sunlight all year round. In addition, on this top floor there is also a courtesy bathroom to enjoy the terrace area.
The house is located on Calle General Castaños nº 13, a super central area, surrounded by large monumental buildings of Sevillian architecture. In the same area there are supermarkets, pharmacies, small shops and traditional businesses, churches, as well as endless restaurants and tapas bars where you can enjoy the best gastronomy in the city.
Towels and bed linen are provided according to the number of occupants in the reservation.
Rooms will be closed according to the contracted occupancy. Complete house open from eleven people. Depending on the number of people who reserve the house, the rooms are opened. For example:
