The property is well located and bright, with a kind and helpful staff (Ana was particularly lovely). I had a small problem with my original room, which was on the ground floor in the back, and they sorted it out and moved me to a higher floor. I would stay again when in Sevilla.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. I was on a trip to Spain and France and stayed in 5 different hotels...this was by far my favorite. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, very clean and the staff upgraded my room because they said the one I reserved was "very small" and they had a bigger one available (!!). I stayed here after traveling for 24 hours and it was relaxing and quiet and allowed me to get the rest I needed. The breakfast, which was included, was beautiful. The location was also excellent, close enough to tourists attractions to walk, but far away enough to be quiet and out of the fray. I loved the rooftop pool and bar with a view of the city as well. I will be back!

Beautiful hotel and perfectly located for everywhere you want to go. The welcome from the staff from checking in and staff throughout the stay was exceptional. Breakfast was an amazing choice each day and we ate in the restaurant twice in the evenings and it was absolutely delicious. Bedroom with balcony was perfect size with six foot bed and updated bathroom. A really perfect four days in Seville.
