OceanView Townhouse - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 8
Oceanview Townhouse is a three bedroom, two bathroom spacious unit that sleeps 8 comfortably. It's the perfect place to stay in Seward! This stylish townhouse is located between the harbor and downtown, making it an easy venture to restaurants, shopping and most attractions.
The upper level boasts a rich, open living space with a full kitchen, laundry, full bathroom, and dining area. Enjoy drinks or grilling on the cozy outdoor deck. The upper level bedroom features a King bed and includes a view of Mt. Marathon and a walk-in closet. The lower level is perfect for up to 6 more guests as you come down into a second full bathroom and two more bedrooms: one with three twin beds and the other with one queen and one twin.
Parking is available right in front of the unit. The garage is not accessible for guests. Seward is a 2-3 hour scenic drive from Anchorage or you can take the Alaska Railroad to/from Seward for a scenic 4 hour journey. City of Seward provides a free shuttle that runs from the Harbor to Downtown with stops in between.
As a free resource, my husband Clay, a local boat captain, and I are here to answer questions or help you book the perfect excursion to explore Seward and the surrounding Kenai Fjords National Park. We offer discounts on many tours to our guests.

No parking in the garage. We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we do provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. We do not allow processing of fish on property.
Unfortunately, the ocean view that once was (the townhouse's namesake) has become shielded due to growing trees. However, it's still got a wonderful mountain view and the ocean front is a couple of short blocks away.

We loved this townhouse! Everything was so well organized and labeled. The washer and dryer were a big help. Beautiful view from deck. We had an issue with a smoke detector going off at 10 pm and the property manager answered right away and came over to fix it. Really appreciated their quick response!

This a great townhouse to stay in Seward. 3 bedrooms with plenty of beds for 6 adults. The beds were all comfortable and the whole house was well appointed with everything you could need, including great games! The location is also perfect for Seward. Close to the water and also centrally located between downtown and the harbor. You can walk to everything you need. I hope to stay at this property again the next time I’m in Seward.

Excellent
Short visit to Seward for our Auntie’s funeral. We were very comfortable & since it’s fall we had a lovely view!
Crisp clean bedding, comfortable beds, large supply of bath products, kitchen was well stocked. I was especially grateful I did not have to supply coffee since the kuerig & pods were readily available.

Great location, great communiation
We had a great stay in Steward. The home was in a great location just a short 4 minute drive from downtown and from the harbor. The townhouse was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. And there is a peek of ocean.
Check in was great and communication was fast and easy.

A fabulous house in a fabulous setting
When we first walked in everyone said WOW. It was extremely clean and bright and perfect for us. We were in Seward for our son’s wedding and we came up a few days early so we could explore the area and it is a breathtakingly beautiful area. We needed a wheelchair for one of our relatives for the wedding so Captain Clay, one of the house managers came to the rescue and brought one over for us to use for free. That was awesome. If you are looking for a great place to stay here it is.

Very nice property near downtown Seward
Very nice property for our short stay in Seward. Everything was very clean and the property is spacious. It’s a townhouse with shared walls, but it was still very quiet and we did not hear neighbors at all. Host was very great to communicate with, and I even spoke with her husband (boat captain) to get some great tips on excursions. We’d definitely stay here again if in Seward. The foosball table in the garage was a hit with the kids!

Seward Visit
Our stay was wonderful for location. We would recommend lots of hooks in the bathrooms for clothes and bath towels. Also, it would have been lovely to have had a couple of floor lamps in the living room to be able to read by. Ceiling fans would also have been nice in the bedrooms.

Wonderful place to stay
This unit was perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we needed! The unit is close to all the shops. The beds were very comfortable which is super important to us. In addition, the host was wonderful to work with! We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone staying in Seward.
