There is a free shuttle bus at the hotel entrance that departs every hour to the city. It is a very quiet place and is highly recommended.

Windsong Lodge was great. It's close to the main city and Kenai Fjords national park Rooms are spacious and clean, although they didn't have a microwave. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was very friendly too.

Very nice facility - multiple buildings, felt like we were in a cabin in the woods (which we were!). On-site restaurant very good. Close to Seward and activities there. We would stay here again for sure. Two adults and two teenage kids fit easily in the double room (two queen beds).

Great location, cozy atmosphere in a beautiful forest, the rooms are a little dated though and it was hard to reach a comfortable temperature even though there is a thermostat in the room. The bathroom sink and mirror in the sleeping area is very impractical (you can't avoid waking up your travel partners). Their restaurant is surprisingly really good with a new chef and does not deserve the current poor ratings.

It is a 7-minute drive to the town, which was great. However, they have the worst shampoo and conditioner I have ever used! The shampoo might even be shower gel, to be honest. Terrible quality for the price we pay.

People/staff were wonderful,but the weather was warm, so we needed more circulation in the room for sleeping. We got a fan from the front desk and that was fine. Place is right down the road from the Exit Glacier trailhead

We enjoyed our 1-night stay at this property. The onsite restaurant is amazing, and a must try. The hotel offers a shuttle to the town of Seward, which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and offered great tips, including allowing us to park our car at the hotel when we went on our 8.5 hour glacier cruise in Seward. The only reason for a 4 star rating, is the layout is the room. Our room had the bathroom sink outside the bathroom - not great for those sleeping.

This is a wonderful property. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern while having the feeling of an authentic lodge. Great staff, welcoming and kind! I would definitely come back. The property is super well maintained and beautiful. Quiet place while close to town, with plenty of space to roam and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Seward. Lovely!

Booked this stay based on the positive online reviews. Pros: beautiful and convenient location, easy check in, easy parking, quiet. 5 minutes to town. Cons: unfortunately not clean. We immediately requested a vacuum to clean the floors ourselves (visible dirt, chunks of something around in the carpet) and had to clean the bathroom floor of quite a few hairs that were not ours. Toilet seat was loose and needed replacement.

Older hotel located a bit off the main highway that is surrounded by woods. Having no elevator would makes getting luggage to room if not on first floor. We were on the first floor, but still had 5 stairs to go up. Was a little diffucult for my husband.
