“The property is beautiful and comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with and was even proactive when a potential issue arose. We were able to quickly figure it out together. I would definitely stay again. Use Waze to navigate as Google is not quite right.”

“The cabin was very clean and cozy, we had a wonderful stay here and can’t wait to come back!”

“The house and property was nice, there was not much of a Mountain View mostly trees . The beds were full of dog hair not cleaned very well at all. We swept the floors and there was lots of dirt and hair. I contacted the host about the beds and she called me promptly and had some extra sheets in the drawers. There was only enough towels for one night and we stayed 3 so we had to reuse them the whole stay. The hot tub had so much cleaning additives that it was very foamy and hard to relax in. For……

“I loved how the cabin came equipped with everything you would need, soap, detergent, pots and pans, extra blankets and pillows, even a yoga mat. I picked it to get away from the city and it turned out to be my best vacation yet, despite my starter going out on my vehicle my second to last day there.”

“The best! It was so cute, clean and happy!”

“This cabin was wonderful for our stay. We enjoyed the views and the host responds very quickly. The cabin could of been cleaner. We ended up cleaning all the sheets, towels and rugs upon arrival because they smelled unused for a long time. When we opened the sofa bed there were chip crumbs and stains on and around the bed. We found a shirt someone left behind, so it felt like the cleaners didn't really check the place. There was no sponge to clean the dishes and as always such little "starter"……

“This is a very cute and clean cabin that is in a rural area but not too far from Knoxville. Alicia communicated well and the house was really fine. I do wish we knew that you can’t stand up in the loft - I couldn’t stay up there (but my friend did with no problems). Also the WiFi was out, which was hard, and while the hot tub looked amazing, there were some angry wasps that we didn’t want to work around, which was a bummer. The cat and her kittens were adorable, the dog came by to say hello and……

“Everything was very neat and clean, the hot tub was amazing, and my 2 boys loved the pool table, which was immaculately well kept. Great property very close to stores and activities. Outdoor pool was very nice and heated, located at the front of the cabin complex. Gas grill on the balcony needs some new burner covers, but still worked for use. Can comfortably sleep 4 people.”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at Beary Cozy! The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing and photos. Its location was perfect—just a 10–15 minute drive to all the attractions and activities in Pigeon Forge, making it easy to explore the area.Jennifer was an excellent host. She was friendly, communicative, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The community pool was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of seating, making it a great place to……

“The hosts were great! The property was nice, good location and parking was convenient.”
