Looking for a fun filled vacation but want to come back to peace & quite?...This is the place! The barn is situated on 27 beautiful rolling acres.
Come and sit on the large porch and enjoy views of the Bluff Mountain and
The Chillhowhee Mountain range. (the Foothills of the Smokies.)
Occasionally, you can enjoy watching our local herd of deer as they play in the field.
First of all, I love my guests. I will do everything I possibly can to make your experience comfortable and memorable. I have many repeat guests that are like family to me.
That being said...I will give you total privacy unless you are interested in meeting.
Our barn, with a single condo, provides privacy for the two of you. You do not share the barn with anyone else.....Two adults only,

**** Policy: No children, No pets, NO EVENTS, (We are not licensed for weddings...no exceptions!) ****

TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY ON WEEKENDS
The barn is yours to enjoy and you may come and go as you please but I am usually close by if you need anything.
There are so many things to do here.....that is why many of our guests come back time after time. Please read our reviews on VRBO and a i r b n b (where we are Superhosts)

We are centrally located from several areas of interest.
Our farm is located 15 - 20 min. from Maryville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, & Townsend. You can enjoy downtown Knoxville in 15 - 20 minutes. The University of Tennessee is located 15 miles from here also.
The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is an easy drive and is the most visited National Park in the Nation. (There are hiking books, etc. in the barn)
Not a hiker? There are so may beautiful drives here. The new extension of Foothills Parkway is absolutely breathtaking. All of this is close by, including Dollywood, etc.
The Biltmore Estate, in Asheville, NC is an easy day trip. About 2 hours away.

This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary-so beautiful, cozy, and peaceful, it was everything we wanted and needed for a weekend getaway. Sitting on the porch listening to the wildlife was one of my favorite things, and the views are spectacular from every window, the inside was just as satisfying, it felt comfortable, clean, and safe. Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

We chose this location for the bardominium and countryside views away from the busy cities. We were very pleasantly surprised how nice and detailed everything was set up. The place was all so clean and neat. We truly loved reading the magazine article about the family. It brought back so many memories from our younger years listening to Chris LeDoux. My husband and I loved our stay! We enjoyed the privacy here, especially in comparison with staying in a hotel. The scenery is beautiful! This location was PERFECT and was in between Knoxville and Pigeon Forge so it was only a short drive to enjoy activities. We are already trying to plan when we can stay here again!

We enjoyed the peaceful setting and amazing view. It was so nice to return each evening after a busy day to a quiet and relaxing night's sleep. It was exactly what we hoped and expected it would be from the listing and other reviews. The thoughtful touches from the host were an added bonus. We enjoyed many meals on the patio with a gorgeous view. We would absolutely stay there again when we return to the area.

This was our first time staying here and we loved every minute of it. Everything was just as described and it's far enough out of the craziness of town but close enough to it to go out if you'd like. Would definitely stay here again.
