“Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. ”

“This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed.”

“We stayed here for 3 nights. The entrance is "unique", where you proceed down an old tunnel, through what was probably an old stable or slaughterhouse(?) and up the stairs. But the apartment was very nice. Well appointed, well maintained. Even though it is on Rue St Claire in the middle of the old-town tourist district, the windows did a great job of keeping out the night-time noise. TV was a little difficult to figure out (not that we were watching anything) - a brief guide in English and……
