"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"Stayed one night at this hotel. Spacious room overlooking the railway tracks. Very quiet. Great location to the lakefront. However it is down a steep hill so if you have mobility issues that might be a problem. Parking is amazing. Very spacious spots. Bed is very comfortable, however, not sure if they wash the duvets after each guest. There was an odour from the duvet. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. There is a tea kettle and hairdryer provided. No iron. Expedia advertises the hotel as having air-conditioning, however, we asked the front desk and they said the hotel doesn’t offer air-conditioned rooms. Very confusing! A fan was provided, and that was sufficient. Overall, a good stay for one night."
