“*** AVOID THIS PLACE!! *** Booked this place as it is located close to the airport and offered transfer. As stipulated, I contacted the hotel to pre-book the the transfer and gave details of our time and flight no. I asked the hotel to confirm the transfer service. The hotel did not reply. I send several messages, I send e-mails and I called. No reply whatsoever. This place is a fraud!!! I contacted hotels.com to help me out but they did not either manage to reach the hotel. At 9 pm on……

Prima di partire, ho inviato un messaggio in cui segnalavo molto educatamente alcuni problemi, quali il fatto che non ci fossero mai state cambiate le salviette (hanno riappeso quelle che avevo lasciato a terra) e che l'ultimo giorno la stanza non era stata fatta. Il proprietario ha reagito in modo aggressivo e fuori controllo: mi ha chiamato più volte urlando, insultandomi e dandomi del “coniglio”, oltre a termini che preferisco non riportare,……

“Perfect place for Palermo!”

“A well-appointed and clean hotel, close to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, responding promptly to queries, allowing an early drop-off of our luggage. The hotel has no restaurant and there are no walkable options nearby, however they offered a simple pasta dish with wine which was perfect for our needs. Our flight was very early however the free airport shuttle service remained available. ”

“It is a great hotel! Very spacious room and comfortable bed. It is not close to Palermo downtown (need an hour train) but just 20 mins walk to a beautiful beach or just 5 mins walk to an average beach. For us just spent two full days in beaches so no problem with a little remote from downtown. Do call the hotel to arrange pick up in the airport as the city taxi is much more expensive.”
