Lawrence and the dining crew knew all our names, preferences and helped us with whatever we needed. "This is such an amazing location, and the staff are amazing! You will absolutely see animals! We would wake up to elephants and reticulated giraffes crossing right in front of our site. Monkeys will hang out on your patio and baboons are constantly nearby. We made the mistake of not locking the zipper (absolutely on us! they tell you to do so multiple times) and had some monkeys enter and wreck havoc! However, staff dealt with it quickly and were super nice about it! Don't just close the zipper- the monkeys know how to open it and it needs to be locked down. It's got a lush and green look to it too so it's a small reprieve from the hot Samburu summer. Something that wasn't made clear was that they do tend to have times when they turn off the power to so prepare yourself. The food is nice and was always different. We had a lovely time and will recommend it to anyone."
