“When we checked in the customer service asked excessive unnecessary personal questions of my guest and myself. Never had such foolishness before in my life of traveling.
Our phone services were out the window and could only make calls if their Wi-Fi allowed us to do so. Horrible experience for the weekend. The elevator went out and we had to take the stairs. The washcloths were soiled and we had to ask for more. We had to get the desk clerk to turn the television because the remote did not……

“We absolutely loved the hotel, we got a oceanfront room, view was amazing, room was clean, the bar on the beach has the best drinks and staff were so nice. It is a pet friendly hotel, we did not travel with our pet this time and we did t hear any dogs barking.”
