“My stay was fine the bathrooms light didn't work and the bed was very small for two people to sleep in it and the drive up through there needed repavment it was a lot of potholes but other than that my stay was ok ”

“We arrived the property around 4:10pm on 6/9, and realized that the owner or hotel.com didn’t send us the check in instruction, so we couldn’t get in. We tried to contact the owner listed on the hotel.com, but the phone number is out of service. So we contacted hotel.com, they got same info. Eventually hotel.com said they will cancel my reservation and book a new one. Now it is 5pm, the owner suddenly sent us the access code. We finally can got in. But then when we walked in, all beds in all……

“We have never stayed in a Townsuites by Marriot before and this is a very nice hotel. Beds are comfortable and rooms are extremely spacious. The lighting in bathroom and room were great compared to so many now that you can barely see. Great breakfast included in great price! I highly recommend this place to stay at!”

She called the front desk to discuss the situation and without hesitation we were told just to drive to the Hotel and a room is already available for us! Once we arrived at the Hotel… the Clerk gave us each a free breakfast card as a birthday gift, upgraded us to a 12th floor Corner room with only 2 other rooms near us! “This is a newly built property so in great condition. We booked a Studio King and the room was huge. It had a sitting area with a large sofa, a huge work space area and a kitchen. Everything is clean and modern. The breakfast had more options than you normally get, 8 toppings for oatmeal, 4 hot entrees, waffles, small quiches, yogurts, and breads. The front desk was very personable. Convenient location to Homewood and Mountain Brook. ”
