“We loved the cottage and the neighbor. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. It was close to the beach, restaurants we wanted to try and it had everything we needed for our trip. We would love to come back and I already have recommended the cottage because it was so great.”

Great communication with the owner as well. So close to the beach and the rest of what Destin has to offer. We absolutely loved it here. Highly recommended.”

“The house was great. It was well decorated, with little things that made it stand out. There is a sandy area in the back with a firepit, and a hot tub near the backdoor. The beds were very comfortable & check is was extremely easy. It was close to everything I wanted and the roads in the neighborhood run parallel to the main highway. I loved this as it allowed me to circumvent any traffic on the highway. I cannot say enough about this place. I will be renting this property again when I return……

The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and easy to get to the things we wanted to do! Owners were so responsive and helpful! Loved it, would definitely stay there again!”

“The place was the perfect location to walk to the beach without being on the beach. The pictures were exactly as the cottage and I would stay there again. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting outside when we weren't at the beach. The trip was decided at the last minute for my daughter and I and Tiffany responded quickly with precise instructions for access to the cottage. “This place was amazing! My family and my brothers' family stayed here for Spring Break and LOVED it. Super close to the pool so it was easy for us to take the kids (ages 3-8) over there for a little bit. The area is so peaceful (for spring break this was huge for us) and we loved having the golf carts to get around. Would highly recommend and we will be back!”

“This was a nice, quiet place to stay, but within easy driving distance to local attractions. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed kayaking in the bay, sitting on the dock eating breakfast, and watching the pelicans and fish, and looking out across the water. If you're looking for a fun nearby adventure that's not your typical beach day, I'd recommend a kayak trip to Cyprus Springs.”

“My wife and I got a great deal on this listing, and decided to book before someone else did. We stayed in Sandestin last year on Herron Walk drive and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with maybe a few issues. This stay at Sandpiper drive was wonderful. The host was so quick to respond and very friendly. The cleanliness of house was great, and the newer golf cart that we had was awesome. We will definitely stay again, and will recommend this house to anyone who is looking to have a worry free vacation……
