5点到酒店 被告知房间还没好，不过就等了一会会，总台看到我们2大1小直接给了多一份早餐表示歉意。入住过程体验非常好。 对于酒店不能给四星五星好评是因为：1. 房间卫生间味道比较大,是上完厕所后没有换气的感觉,但是服务员说是有换气扇的,而且他们闻不出来,入住的2天3夜一直被这个味道困扰 2. 晚上睡觉能听到隔壁厕所放水的声音 3. 订的是行政房,为了平时比如早茶啊,午餐简餐啊,下午茶什么的可以去坐坐(因为这次就是休闲度假一样的), 但是可能我的认知有问题, 皇冠假日的行政酒廊早上10点才开始,而且除了茶水,咖啡以及雪碧可乐外,就一盘带皮的水果, 一直到晚上5点半有个简餐, 当然因为每个人的口味不同,对于简餐不做评价,但是品种是真的很少很少. 而且餐位很少,迟点去就得坐沙发上吃饭,也就放弃了. 这次的行政酒廊是多年来入住的行政房里体验感最差的. 不过服务人员很好,每次看到客人要走了都第一时间起身去按电梯,知道电梯关门才回. 4. 游泳体验也不好, 除了泳池外的所有设施都比较陈旧,没有大浴巾,就一条大点的毛巾, 游泳池回来瑟瑟发抖,没有浴巾可以包裹(所以千万记得去游泳一定要带房间的浴巾去), 设施卫生请看照片

29度天気不开中央空调
白天29度的天気酒店竟然不开中央空调，只给了个风扇解决，货不对板，从未住过设施这么差的星級酒店，连二星级的都不如，怕热人慎住！

对hotels . com 的建议
在hotels.com订的是2晚2间superior room ,king bed 但是到了前台，前台说hotels.com 给的是随意房型，只能给我们普通的标间，是两张床。我可是陪重要客人过去参加复旦大学的研讨会啊！当天入住已经投诉hotels.com ,但第二天却是酒店的ann小姐给电话来解释，对于酒店没有任何意见，其中的偏差也不是酒店故意为之，到今天hotels . com 也没有一个说法，既然网站的价格比其他并没有明显优势，那服务是不是应该做好一点呢？在此，酒店的跟进服务比较贴心。其他都不错，可惜空调很问也太干燥，不舒服，其他基本满意。

这个酒店在复旦大学附件，但是附件的轨道交通不是特别方便，前台的服务员特别差。
这个酒店在复旦大学附件，但是附件的轨道交通不是特别方便，前台的服务员特别差。 当时订酒店的时候，明明订了一个大床房，就说是订房的网站没有发送信息，到了现场入住的时候，就说没有大床房了。 附件的轨道交通很不方便，大概要走25分钟才能到地铁站。 前台的态度非常的差，第一次交涉大床的时候是一次，然后我的房间是包早餐的，又给了个双人房，但是死活不能给两个早餐券，逼着同行的同事额外在买早餐券（90人民币一天）。 最后，走的时候，因为不小心留下来剃须刀，一发现问题的时候就电话回去前台，前台也确认找到剃须刀了，但是收拾房间的人员，等了半个小时都不把剃须刀送下来前台，急的团团转，前台也是爱理不理的。

晚上10：00通过hotels.com住宿奖赏预订酒店，check in的时候酒店说预订部的人下班了，必须先信用卡扣款1200，让客人产生了不被信任的感觉，所以有些小不愉快。但因为入住已经半夜，要求延迟退房时间，被允许，这方面还是比较通情达理。

Reception desk senior staffs are very helpful and flexible with room arrangements. Cleaning crews have been very nice and thoughtful to our requests. The only piece we were a bit of disappointing is the breakfast was below expectation (especially when other things are so great with the hotel), and service wasn't too organized and professional.

A Good Place to Stay if You’re Visiting Fudan U
The service was generally pretty good. Most staff spoke some some level of English and they definitely made an effort to be helpful. I was in Shanghai for a few days to visit my son who was doing a semester abroad at Fudan University. You will not find a more convenient place to stay if you happen to have business at the university. You are also within reasonable walking distance of the Shanghai metro (maybe 10 or 15 minutes walking). The rooms are clean and pretty well appointed. For the price, I think the hotel is a very good value/

Staffers are extremely helpful and responsive. Room was tidy and clean. Improvements: No shaver, no toothbrush in the room - although delivery was quick. However, staff did not state if they are free.

According to the "Regulation to Minimize and Reduce the Use of Disposable Items in the Tourism and Accommodation Industries" implemented on 1st July 2019 in Shanghai, hotel are not able to provide the following disposable amenities in the guest rooms: toothbrush, comb, razor, nail file, loofah and shoe mitt. We understand your concerns and seek your kind understanding that we have to comply with this new local law. We hope to have an opportunity to service you again in Crowne Plaza Shanghai Fudan in the future.
