Staff is nice and room is clean. No bad smell in the room. Everything is good and very convenient for shopping. Definitely would like to stay next time.

Location is convenient, just next to a huge and modern shopping plaza. MTR station is beside the hotel. Bathroom is spacious with both shower and bath tub. Toilet is separated and can be used alone. Size of TV screen is above average standard. Wardrobe is also big.
The only unsatisfactory thing is that you need to take a lift to 7th floor (check-in and out counter) and transfer to another lift to access accommodation floors. Soundproofing between the door and the corridor needs improvement.

Good location close to the metro. A big shopping mall downstair. Hotel is new but the bar at 47th floor is only open after Aug 2017.

From a Group like Hyatt,I DEMAND that the staff speak English! find someone who speaks English (apart from reception) is impossible! there is basically no way to communicate if you don't speak Chinese! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

방은 금연실이지만 복도에는 담배냄새가 정말 심했어요. 그리고 청소하시는 분들은 정말 친절하신데 데스크 직원 분들은 글쎄요. 체크인할때도 체크아웃할때도 별로였어요. 데스크 직원들 말고 다른 직원 분들은 친절합니다. 2019년7월부터인가 규정이 바껴서 칫솔이나 면도기같은 일회용품이 제공되지 않아요. 다만 슬리퍼랑 샴푸들은 제공됩니다. 칫솔 한개에 25위안 받아요. 꼭 챙겨가세요. 이 호텔의 장점은 3,4호선 진샤지앙루 2번출구로 나오면 바로 있어요. 그리고 쇼핑몰이 있어서 쇼핑이나 먹을것들 한번에 해결 가능합니다. 중국에서 숙소가 지하철역이랑 가까운거 은근 무시못해요. 중심시내지랑 가까운 곳은 아니지만, 쇼핑몰이 붙어있어서 편하니 숙박시 참고하세요.

Location is ok, but all the facility are not good and a little bit dirty on desk or chair, also you can head someone keep making noise and the wind is also very Josie, over all it’s not worth to spend money on this property

청소상태가 안 좋았어요
테이블 밑에 먼지덩어리가 뭉쳐있었고 다음날 청소해달라고하고 외출했는데 전반적 비품만 체크하고 청소는 안했는지 전날 먼지는 그대로.
보이는 곳만 대충 치웠다는 느낌
조식도 그냥 그저그런정도
직원들의 친절도도 보통
기대를 많이 하지않는다면 그냥 지낼만하다
