入住攞房時間不愉快，因為1500時攞房，職員說房間未準備好，需要遲1個多小時後，這影響我之後全部行程。 另外房間太熱焗，冷氣較不到冷風，住第2晚後，屋企人焗到出晒紅診，病了，第3天同職員反映，之後換了另一間可以有鮮風房間。

鄰近黃埔江及豫園等景點, 交通尚算方便。以為住的是蓮花頂的大廈，原來那是外灘中心，酒店是旁邊與外灘中心相連的建築物。 頂了雙床套房，當日到前枱check in 才被告知所訂的兩床套房沒有了，只能提供一張大床的房間，我們一家4口，孩子都已比我高如何一家睡一張床。擾攘一輪，才知道經理把房間不知預留了給誰，因他們未到，才將房間給我們。這是甚麼道理?! 進到房間，只有一套清潔用品，3條毛巾，這不是4人的房間嗎? 跟前台要加兩條被子，回覆沒有額外被子?! 之後用房間電話查詢客服，轉頭又有被子了，這是甚麼回事。雖然終究是取得所需，感覺服務還是要打折扣了。

最初給了尾房xx01,可是房間和窗太小，要求更換另一房尾xx10的房，有景房又夠大，只是廁所小了一點，沒所謂啦，但到晚上睡覺熱醒了無數次，呢間房型設計是”呂”字形，入口是在小點的口，睡床是在大點的口，而空調只設在小口那邊，大囗是沒有空調的，日間不覺有什麼問題，可是睌上睡覺時只靠很窄的走廊位吹風入來，所以住兩晚也睡得不好

朋友反馈五星酒店的服务和硬性条件还可以，但是其他的附加费用太高，大概也是所有五星的特色吧
