「Byecross is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting and have loved our time there. The home is very welcoming and this is also reflected in the hosts fantastic communication. 「I arrived at 8pm to find out there was a problem with my room's door lock and the door wouldn't close. I was ready to start trawling hotels for a last minute room but the lovely lady who acts as agent for the owner, pointed out to the owner that the main house, which sits in the same plot, was available for a couple of days, and so they gave me a large family house for a couple of days. I stay in Waterlooville regularly for business and will definitely stay again. 」
