“We were at a family wedding. I wished we had a 2nd bathroom; however, I knew it only had one, but it was very tight. No washer dryer. The noise level was high, we could hear guests upstairs, not very soundproof. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Place was very clean”

“My husband and I went for a weekend and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Getting to and from the boat by the water taxi was super easy and a nice way to get around. Danielle met us on the boat to show us the ropes. Took about 10 min to get downtown by the water taxi- was nice not to worry about parking downtown! We spent our nights relaxing on the boat enjoying the beautiful views. We definitely plan on returning again!”

“This is a great place to stay in Newport. The house is amazing and the staff is very friendly. A breakfast bar is included and the room had a small kitchenette. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.”

“This house is amazing. It fit us all comfortably and is beautifully decorated. Everything is all new and it has great outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom had lots of towels. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but the garage was stocked with everything you would need. The host was very easy to contact and was very accommodating. My only advice would be to make sure you bring soap for the bathrooms. I was surprised to find out that there was none, ☺️”

Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“We went to Foxwoods for a concert and the rooms there were ridiculously priced. I ended finding this little gem on VRBO. Would highly recommend, especially for families. Kids had a blast”

“A traditional family lake cottage. Peaceful, quiet, and rented with love. Everything from the thoughtful little notes in the home to the paintings on the wall makes you feel cozy and welcomed. Everything you could need or want is provided. The hot tub under the stars, on the water is really the icing on the cake.”

“Great spot plenty of space in the house for everyone. Nice kitchen and livingroom obviously the salt water pool was great. We spent out nights near the fire pit and gazed at the stars. They really shine bright with no light pollution around here. Recommend having your monitoring coffee near the river access for a relaxing start to your day.”

Spotlessly clean, beautifully restored historical property right in the heart of a neighborhood and in walking distance to downtown. Comfortable beds, art supplies, games, and a well-appointed kitchen. Our daughter didn’t choose the college, but we will be back just to stay here again! Thank you for a truly special property.”

“We had a lovely stay in Newport. The apartment was beautiful, fully equipped and in a great location just outside downtown Newport. Easy walk to restaurants etc and even a park nearby to walk the dog!”

“I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, Lisa at the front desk was great, upon check in I was told breakfast was served until 10am, however when I went to breakfast the next morning at 9am the food was basically gone, asked the restaurant staff and was told there was no more food, I checked my watch again and yes it was 9am!”
