“Clean and comfortable.”

“We selected the property due to it's proximity to the airport and it certainly delivered on this objective. The house was an interesting property with much potential. The staff member we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We were unaware of the dining options there when we booked so we did not take advantage of any of these options, but they would be worth investigating. Overall a very peaceful overnight stay that met our expectations.”

“The hotel is conveniently located next to the Bunratty Castle with free parking. We stayed at a triple room and there are 3 chairs and a table which enable us to have good time playing cards and games. There are coffee machine and electric kettle in the room with ample coffee capsules and tea bags. Staff are helpful and gave clear instruction. There are also the gym and indoor pool which are open 6am-10pm. The Steakhouse at the ground floor is a good choice if you do not want to go out. There……

“酒店早餐太棒了👏有自助，有点餐，非常美味😋”

“From the moment I checked in to the castle to the day we left I had nothing but positive interactions with the hotel staff. The Castle was clean and impeccably maintained, the staff were helpful, polite and easy to talk to. Our group took advantage of the Skeet shooting range and had a great time with our shooting Instructor who had a great personality and full of knowledge and experience. Will be back again!!!”

“We stayed for four nights, and had very good impression. the staff are overall very professional. The only weakness were the staff at the reception who were not very helpful.”

“The majority of staff were excellent. On our second breakfast, there were different staff. The waitress raised her eyes at me when I asked for the black and white puddings to be removed from my Irish breakfast. I was surprised as I had specifically stated that I did not want black or white puddings?! The restaurant was not quick to remove used plates from the table either. Apart from that, everything else, including location, was perfect!”

“Room was clean and lots of parking”

“The hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel was very well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had variety and was very good. The hotel was close to the activities in the city of Limerick.”

“nice”

“Excellent service , sure will stay again ”

“This is a great place to stay for tourists or business visits. Friendly staffs, good breakfast, cozy room, clean towels, what else will we expect for more? ;-) Only suggestion is the unstable WiFi connection in the corner room in the evening.”
