“I liked the setting. The grounds were beautiful. Our room was on the 6th floor. It was always too hot. No air conditioning, and we were only able to open the window a tiny crack. They had no bellhop to help with bags up the stairs at the front door. Upon checking out of the hotel we had to argue with the receptionist to get help with our luggage. We were not told about a way to address the bad tasting water coming out of our tap until I took a container down to the bar to get water there. It……

“We had a great stay at this property. It's just a few minutes' drive to Ennis, but it's quiet and secluded. Both hotel and restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was nothing special, but the pub food was excellent. This clean and spacious hotel is a good value.”

“Truly amazing stay. Every single member of staff delivered customer service that was world class. Nothing was too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was fantastic. As was breakfast. And a quick lunch in Mikey Ryan’s. Rooms were fabulous. And the spa treatments were out of this world. Shame the Irish weather meant I only lasted a few mins in the outside bit of the pool but that didn’t take the gloss off an amazing stay. We will be back!”
