This was an adequate hotel for an evening. I fid not use any of the amenities. The breakfast was acceptable.

Check-In staff wasn't as knowledgeable as check out staff. Breakfast was good. Property was clean. The building is old and requires some upgrades and fixtures were falling off the walls. Despite a few issues my family still enjoyed our stay.

A cozy family retreat surrounded by trees, Nature, comfort and family memories.
The stay was very pleasant. The kitchen was very equipped, the covered BBQ and hot tub was very nice as well. The only thing I'd suggest is to add another shower to the washroom in the basement, as it has only the toilet. The overall experience was great and we'll definitely come back next winter ...

6 Bedroom Large Family Home near Lake Simcoe & Innisfil Beach - Patio & BBQ
Had small plumbing issues, but host responded asap and took care of it. Beautiful place! Hope we can visit again next year.
