“It’s a grand and glamorous hotel which witnesses the glorious days of Japan. There’s a huge lobby with a European style library. The lounge is huge with sunset ocean views. The hot springs is huge too that is built by jade. The room is spacious and comfortable. Front desk helped us booking a five lake tour. Breakfasts were very good. Didn’t try dinner. Stayed there 2 nights. Memorable!”

“住宿品質、溫泉景觀很棒，但下大雪時抵達，並沒有得到合適的停車指引（可能是語言不通）。早餐品項蛋奶素選項不是很多，雖然有在預訂時說明為蛋奶素，但卻沒有幫助，沒有什麼蔬菜、煎蛋或起司等常見選項。建議蛋奶素或素食可不訂餐。有24小時loung提供免費點心、飲料選項多。”

“The hotel is next to the Abashiri Lake, the view is very great no matter from the room or the banquet room. Staff is very polite and helpful. It is very easy to reach the hotel from the airport as there is an airport limousine line connecting to arriving/departing flights in Memanbetsu airport. There is also bus stop of “Doko Bus” (which is by reservation only) next to the hotel, which travel to the Abashiri downtown and other attractions, but the service is rather limited so I strongly……
