「Well maintained property and friendly as well as polite staff. Had a problem with shut-off shower which was fixed immediately by their team. Stay was pleasant and really recommended for couples and families.」

「Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...

「La situation est centrale. Vue sur les Fontaines et le burj kalifa. À 2 min à pied d’une entree du Dubai mail. Beaucoup de restaurant autour. Appartement était très propre et nous avions tout ce que nous avions besoin. Les serviettes pour la piscine sont fournies directement a la piscine. Je recommende cet appartement.」

「Basic appartment Aircon was very smelly and led to sore throat and nose Noisey at night even on 15th floor Checkin process extremely laborious Need an app to open the room door everytime 」

「We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

「This is a private apartment residence. Not a hotel. If you arrive early, they won’t hold your bags or even communicate with you. And once you check out, they won’t hold your baggage. Good luck if you’re traveling in from overseas…」

「The unit itself was great, the location is amazing and close and walkable to everything. The apt was very clean and cozy,had small mishaps but they repaired within 2 days the facilities was great the gym was really nice , the spa area was very clean however the sauna nor the steam room was not working during my whole stay, but the pool and hottub and view of the Burj made up for that... I really enjoyed my stay here overall... one thing that I NOTICED that could be better is the communication...
