“The apartment is advertised as a luxury one-bedroom, but the actual conditions do not meet that description. Check-in instructions were not provided in advance and communication was delayed; I had to arrive without clear guidance. Once on site, the check-in itself was quick and the staff member was friendly. Inside the apartment, only one bath towel was provided, with no hand towels or kitchen towels. There was no iron, ironing board, kettle, or basic kitchen cleaning supplies such as a sponge……

“Perfekte Lage, Balkon, Schwimmbad immer abgeschlossen, Küche ohne Inhalt , auf Nachfrage 1 Pfanne und 1 Topf, der Teppichboden wurde nie gestaubsaugt nur mit Schrubber abgekehrt, Fenster dreckig, Bad schimmelig, meine 3 Wochen Buchung ist angeblich nicht eingegangen , Fernsehn lt Mappe 29 Sender , 2 vorhanden. Dann Internetfernseher nachdem ich protestierte , der funktionierte 2 Tage , dann nicht mehr . Dennoch war die Lage perfekt , die wohnung war sehr gross, ich würde da wieder wohnen. ”

“We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I……

“The location and building are great. However during check in, I had to wait for a long time until the host finally communicated to building security staff about a new guest, despite previous confirmation that everything was settled. They host didn’t provide access card. I had to always wait for someone to open the main entrance, access to the parking and access to the elevator. Waiting times were short but still a bit uncomfortable. However, to access the gym the access card is also needed and……
