“The apartment is advertised as a luxury one-bedroom, but the actual conditions do not meet that description. Check-in instructions were not provided in advance and communication was delayed; I had to arrive without clear guidance. Once on site, the check-in itself was quick and the staff member was friendly. Inside the apartment, only one bath towel was provided, with no hand towels or kitchen towels. There was no iron, ironing board, kettle, or basic kitchen cleaning supplies such as a sponge……

“The location and building are great. However during check in, I had to wait for a long time until the host finally communicated to building security staff about a new guest, despite previous confirmation that everything was settled. They host didn’t provide access card. I had to always wait for someone to open the main entrance, access to the parking and access to the elevator. Waiting times were short but still a bit uncomfortable. However, to access the gym the access card is also needed and……
