“I strongly caution anyone considering this property. The listing materially misrepresents the experience. Key restrictions such as a strict no-visitors policy and extremely limited access to the property are not disclosed upfront. This omission alone renders the listing deceptive.Upon arrival, gaining entry was nearly impossible without navigating a convoluted system of approvals, delays, and unclear instructions. Guest access is essentially prohibited, which is a major concern for anyone……

“The property double booked and left my family stranded for over an hour in the heat of Dubai. Took over an hour to contact them after the check in time and relocated my family to a 3 bedroom villa which wasn’t properly cleaned when I had a total of 9 people with me. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone.”
