「Very friendly staff. Some issues with our room occasionally but this was dealt with promptly. Food options on offer could be better. I would definitely stay here again. The kids loved it too and made friends with the ladies at the front desk, i cannot praise them enough.」

「Excellent hotel, all staff are amazing, got upgraded to executive room with no extra charge with breakfast, made my day.
Helpful tip - Palm Mall/Aura Skyview/Palm View is 10 mins walking distance, dont use Google maps, just ask the friendly staff and they will guide you through」

「Our 2-bedroom apartment was extremely spacious and perfect for our family trip to Dubai. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. Washing machine was useful - ideal for long stays. Continental breakfast bags were delivered to our apartment each morning - there is no restaurant.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.
It was nice to have a dip in the pool - it was in the shade though due to the skyscrapers in the Marina area. 」
