“It’s a clean hotel and stuff are kind and helpful however we got a room where the shower drain was blocked 2 times and we had to call them multiple times to come and fix it. the water was flouting. Also about the location. it showed on expedia that it’s 2 mins walk from dubai mall but in fact it’s far 10mins by car which is a false advertisement”

“The hotel is generally clean, but the housekeeping service leaves something to be desired. Towels and water were regularly missing, to the point where we had to ask for them ourselves, and the cushions were not always put back in place.
As for breakfast, you need to be very patient: the servers forget orders and the wait can exceed 15 minutes for a simple coffee.
On the other hand, the room service is a real highlight. Responsive and attentive, with friendly and pleasant hostesses — it is……
