5⭐️ Review – 3 Week Stay at Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland (Extended from 2 Weeks!)
I originally booked for two weeks and ended up extending for a third week — which honestly says everything about my experience. My opinion genuinely improved day by day.
The hotel is very well put together in terms of logistics. Everything runs smoothly, it’s organised, and the shuttle bus to the beach is frequent and reliable. The grounds are beautiful, and there are so many little things that come together to make the stay special.
Guest relations were fantastic. Caroline was amazing and really helped me move my room. Ali was also very helpful, and another lady (I didn’t catch her name) was equally supportive. They genuinely try hard to resolve issues and make guests comfortable.
Reception can be a little slow — that’s probably my only criticism. On one occasion it took around 25 minutes to move my room, and there was a small error that meant I had to move again. But overall, they are helpful — just not the quickest.
If you’re travelling with a baby, I would definitely recommend requesting a ground floor room in the Parkland area. It makes life much easier with a buggy. It can be slightly noisy outside, but once the door is closed, it’s absolutely fine. Only something to consider if you’re a very light sleeper.
The food is great. Some people say it’s repetitive, but honestly — what do we eat at home? Pretty similar meals every few days! There’s plenty of choice. I had salad daily and was
First time here check in takes more than 30 mins and I have booked for all inclusive but I can not drink beer so beer is 2.5 US dollars fee, why ? The foods are not delicious , water park is not safe I only plays once and my arms was bleeding, so be aware and never come back
2 restaurants closed. Lifts were shut. Air con swtched off in bar. It seems they sre desperately trying to save money. Well they have just made my conditions 50 times worse. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. STAFF LOVELY. AND HELP A LOT.

Disappointed. Tourism in general and service in particular without European tourists is worthless PERIOD
Overall, the stay was okay and the food was really good, the experience with the main reception was very disappointing. The staff there were rude, and none of them spoke good English. Ahmed, the supervisor in the white shirt, was especially unhelpful. I lost money in the ATM, and instead of assisting or showing any empathy, he just said it was the bank’s problem and not the hotel’s. For someone in a supervisor role, his attitude and manners were unacceptable. After that, every time I went to reception,I felt ignored by every staff not approached by anyone.
Mina Akram at the Premier side reception was excellent.
He was kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful. My son’s buggy was lost, and while the main reception did not understand me or offer any real help, Mina contacted the airport on my behalf and helped me recover it. He is much better than the main reception team.
The issue on the last day was also frustrating.
We paid for a late check-out and were told we could take a takeaway dinner for my baby. When I went to get the food, the cashier, Abnmoud who was very rude ran up to me asking why I was taking food if I had checked out. I don’t even know how he knew I checked out, but he should have been aware that I was allowed to take food for my son. I had already spoken to the restaurant manager, Ashraf, who was extremely helpful during our stay, The pool was nice and the slides, I’m unsure if I would return because of staff they let the hotel really down.
Otele girdiğimiz ilk günden son güne kadar yani bir hafta boyunca hiçbir şekilde yemek yiyemedik. Eğer bir Türkseniz zaten burada yemek yemeniz kesinlikle mümkün değil yemekleri çok lezzetsiz aşırı baharatlı ve çok pis. Bunun dışında biz uyurken odamıza üç ayrı gün olmak üzere temizlik personeli girdi. Müsait olmadığınız anlarda bile aniden kapıyı açıp odaya giriyordu tam üç kez bunu yaptılar. Son gün otelden çıkacağımız zaman valizlerimizi resepsiyona bıraktık ve akşama kadar otelde kalabileceğimizi söylediler. Geri dönüş uçuşumuz gece olduğu için akşama kadar otelde duracaktık. Öyle yemeğinde tek Yiyebildiğiniz şey olan patates kızartmasını aldık, orada çalışan kişi yanımıza gelip yemek yiyemeyeceğimizi otelden çıkışımız yapıldığı için yasak olduğunu söyledi. Hayatımda böyle bir şey görmedim biraz Türklerden ders alın. Bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

המלון גדול מאוד, הצ'ק אין נמצא יחסית רחוק.. החנייה נמצאת מחוץ למלון ולכן צריך ללכת הרבה.
בצ'ק אוט חיכנו חצי שעה שיבואו לקחת את הדברים שלנו בסוף לא הגיעו והבאנו בצורה ידנית. הצוות של החדר אוכל מדהים נענה לכל בקשתנו.
נראה שיש מלא רוסים, מלון והאוכל בהתאם למי שמתאים.
Positive:
1- Resort with large enough garden, aqua is nice for both children and adults, food is diverse.
2- Coral Beach is good and view is cool
3- evening shows for kids
Negative/Require Improvement:
1- All the booking reservations was fully paid online for the 2 rooms and when the first room family reached there, they told them the reservation is not paid and make them wait from 4 to 7 PM until I reached there ‘second room’ and they simply said it is paid with no clue of why they made them wait all of this time nor even apologizing for the time got wasted.
2- Every meal is companied with a plastic cups which make a huge plastic waste which can be easy avoid. as well as all soda was serviced from plastic bottles which also can be swapped by soda machines in order to help the environments.
3- milk in coffee machines was spoiled.
4- No hospitality for many of the staff starting from bell man up to front desk staff, some of the staff needs training .
Short staffing and seems they are overloaded (management failure)
5- The beach is not connected to the resort and this was not clear while booking until we get there.
6- TV channels are few and the image is not quiet clear.
7- Pool is fine , however was somehow crowded, Music was very loud the whole time from the morning till the evening and we had a baby infant couldn't fall a sleep.
8- Cleanliness doesn't match 5 star level, the ventilation of W.C is poor.

Eine grosse Anlage weit weg vom Strand
Expedia hat an uns die Reise zum Preis für die Residenten von Ägypten verkauft. Das Hotel "überraschte" uns mit einer Nachzahlung von 181 Euro vor Ort. Leider hat uns Expedia diesbezüglich nicht beraten. Nach der Buchung habe ich mit dem Service Centrum von Expedia den Kotakt aufgenommen und extra gefragt ob die Buchung korrekt ablief, woraufhin ich versichert wurde, es sei alles korrekt und in Ordnung. Tatsächlich hat uns Expedia eine Reise zu einem unberechtigt günstigeren Presi verkauft, so dass wir die Differenz vor Ort ausgleichen mussten. Das was ärgerlich! Außerdem hat Expedia kein Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel organisiert, auf der Buchung waren keine Hinweise darauf.
Im Zimmer hat der Wasserabfluss nicht ordentlich funktioniert (Dusche), die Armatur im Bad - alles wackelig, unter dem Bett viel Staub (nie abgewischt), der Tresor war mehrmals kaputt. Viele Mücken und ein Paar risige Kakerlaken und die Eidechse manchmal im Zimmer.
Kaffeautomat ist nur ein einziger im Restaurant, deswegen immer große Schlange davor.
