We booked our stay for our honey moon. Our room was not superclean. Food was Ok. But the all-inclusive program was not working perfectly. The alcohol included in the all inclusive was local and tasteless. Bar snacks for after hours was dry sandwiches with 1-2 pieces of salami or cheese inside. Room service was extra, no alcohol after midnight. The coffee they provided is powdered and not tasty. The hotel staff is always bothering you to sell packages such as spa, barber, water sports etc… also they were expecting tips all the time when they see you.

I'd upgraded my room to a sea view, which was well worth paying the extra for, I was in a fairly quiet part which was a positive. Magdy on the reception team stood out for me as providing excellent customer service, he has a friendly but very respectable manner which I liked. The reception team overall were good & helped me with any queries. Magdy, Tan & Ahmed helping me on my arrangements for departure. I liked Your Bar during the daytime to drink my coffee, when it was quiet, I don't drink alcohol so I avoided at busy times. I don't eat fish & meat so I found some days it wasn't so easy to find great alternatives in the restaurant. I didn't use the waiter drink service as I prefer water with my meals. Housekeeping were polite and respectful, I had the room cleaned daily & I was happy with my cleaner.

I’ve been visiting Xperience Sea Breeze Resort for almost 4 years, at least twice a year, and every time it goes beyond my expectations! The hotel is always spotless, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic. A big thank you to the animation team, especially Mohamed, Alex, and Valentina from the Villans animation team — they make every vacation unforgettable! Always energetic, friendly, and full of positive vibes. The pool parties, beach games, and evening shows are just amazing. Can’t wait to come back again soon! 🌴✨

Our short stay was very lovely. Staff was wonderful, drinks in all inclusive was great, food service and options was plentiful and there’s a pool for every type of swimmer, except it was quite chilly water still! Overall a wonderful trip

Amazing stay!!

Room was clean and comfortable regular cleaning service was available. Only negative thing about the room is not sound proof, you can hear people in the next room even if they talk normally and that was quite scary. Food was good but not so delicious and they had good options but it got monotonous in 2 days. Staff were really polite and helpful and friendly too. Overall it's good according to the price, I would recommend if you are looking for an average budget resort.

Nice hotel with great food. Staff very helpful. Beach area nice but access only from a jetty, bars and restaurants limited but good for a smaller hotel. Free shuttles to night to old market, soho square, nana bay and daily to a sandy beach.

My significant other and I, very much enjoyed our stay. The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful. We thought the food was pretty good, and the pools were excellent. Main gripe, the rooms are not soundproofed even though they said they were at time of booking. So I could hear everyone outside. This did wake me up early every morning, but least I didn’t miss breakfast, so every cloud.

A lot of choise of dishes which change day by day. The resort is fabulous... Swimming pools, rich in palm-trees, a staff that welcome you kindly and ready to help you for everything. Well linked with shuttle bus if you want to go to soho square, old market and naama bay. Next to the resort there are also a lot of shops if you want to take souvenirs. Beautiful also the beach. We like it so much. I hope we will have the possibility to return again

Overall, this hotel had what we needed, was in a convenient location and a great price for the length of stay and all inclusive. I wouldn’t say this is a 5 star hotel but you get what you pay for. On arrival, the hotel hadn’t received our booking from hotels.com which was rather worrying and not a great start. They had to call hotels.com to confirm this and it was resolved quickly. However, if the hotel had have been fully booked then we wouldn’t have had anywhere to stay. The final day of our stay we had left 700 EGP on the bed. When we got back to our room one of the cleaners outside introduced himself and mentioned how he had cleaned our room for us all week, almost as though he was hinting for a tip. When we got inside the room it became apparent he had helped himself to a tip as the money was no longer there. 700 EGP isn’t a lot but it’s the principle and we had also kept this to pay for our taxi to the airport. We also noticed the cleaners threw things away such as carrier bags in the room which is minor but we had kept these to put our laundry in. I personally don’t think they should be throwing anything away. The hotel itself is clean in general, however the bathroom in our room could’ve been a lot cleaner. We did also find a cockroach in the bathroom one evening which wasn’t pleasant. The food in the hotel was nice, particularly the Indian and bbq restaurant. The all inclusive drinks are made from syrup, if you want juice in them you have to pay extra.

Great Value for Money!

Absolutely wonderful few days at the Xperience Sea Breeze. Staff are so friendly, a special thanks to Mohamed in the restaurant and Romany at the bottom pool. Food variety was good and tasty. No rushing for a sun bed in the morning, there were plenty. Evening entertainment wasn’t great but the hotel offered free shuttles to Soho Square, Old Town and Naama Bay. We also opted to take the shuttle down to the sandy beach one day which was a nice change of scenery. Thank you, we will be back!

Excellent hotel, good layout, well ran with very helpful and friendly staff. Everything very clean with pools and garden areas between the individual blocks, lots of area in direct sunlight, lots of beds both between blocks and also in the slopes down to the beach area. Excellently ran restaurant (lovely food, brilliant staff and management) and snack areas with easy access to food and drink. Layout appears strange on map but actually works very well with the shuttle bus running up and down the slope every few minutes. Good free bus service every day or evening to different locations. No nearby bars for live sports but the main bar in lobby always showed the English live football ! Rooms cleaned every day by friendly staff, good size rooms and bathrooms with patio areas and loungers.

Nice place. Only a minibus a day to go in city center and it is possible to book it only early in the morning. Few seats. I never took it because many people was already in the list. Nearby the resort there is nothing to do. They should add more minibuses to transport customers outside the resort.
