Filthy and Broken, unresponsive Vacasa host
Bathroom sink was clogged, cold faucet water broken, kitchen sink leaked all over counter, beds weren't washed, bathroom shower and toilet weren't cleaned, cobwebs everywhere, broken bbq, filthy furniture and rugs, deplorable conditions, falsely advertised. VRBO refused to do anything, said to contact Vacasa. Vacasa ignored multiple texts, hung on me several times. Main Vacasa office at Shaver Lake town center was empty with lights out. Had to leave early as no sink was usable and the place was filthy. Place should be condemned.

Gross, should not be rented
Exterior is disgusting!!! Has not been cleaned in years with junk all over, insulation hanging down under the cabin, deck furniture, deck and BBQ are filthy and I mean filthy. Power cords all over, broken fan, very dark kitchen, no cold water in bathroom sink and almost completely clogged sink drain. The shower is literally tin, kitchen rug is filthy, cob webs around the ceiling, just overall awful. I was very uncomfortable. Towels were clean and beds we’re fortunately comfortable and clean. Hot upstair. Fortunately we brought our own fans.

Great place to relax
Clean and easy to get to. Central location with stores at walking distance. Cabin was well kept. Only thing is that they need to upgrade the TV to a smart TV so you can log into your streaming choice.

Great location for lake play
This cozy cabin is in a great location for enjoying kayaking and fishing at Shaver Lake. Also walking distance to town and near good hiking trails. Cabin was very clean with comfy beds and couches. Needs more light in living room and kitchen.

Awesome Quiet Get Away to Adorable Cabin in Shaver Lake
My girlfriend and I wanted to get away for the weekend, and stayed at this charming property in Shaver Lake! It was so quiet and lovely, we heard coyotes at night and looked at all the amazing stars. The property was adorable and very cozy once we turned the space heaters on. Would definitely visit again!

Shower head was terrible, wouldn’t adjust to spray down. Tried to contact host but no one responded. Also the cabin could use a good cleaning, rugs dirty, crockpot was filthy.

Charming
Perfect getaway cottage for a weekend away or vacation in the mountains. Charming cottage with an awesome loft with two queen size beds. One recommendation would be to change one of the queen beds to two twins to accommodate families with children better. Clean, relaxing and nice and quiet. Thanks I will be back.

out of quarantine
Everything was great except we were the 1st group up after a good amount of snow the day before so the property managers were working on getting us setup when we got there. They were beyond helpful getting the fireplace setup since had not been used in a while and got us a shovel to clear a path to the house. The only issue was the wifi would not work. We reset the router and all the things, We had out own hot spot so we just used that. Overall a great experience and super friendly neighbors. They cleared our driveway as soon as they could the night we got there.

Snow was awesome
The front yard and side lot was great, there was a lot of snow that made it easy for the kids to play all day. Didn't have to go anywhere up the mountain, stores and pizza parlor was around the corner. Its a nice walk to the center of the town.

Newly remodeled spacious cabin in a quiet neighborhood in a walking distance (15 minutes) from the lake shore. You can rent a boat or a kayak in the Edison Camp nearby.

Perfect Cabin, perfect location!
Simple Cabin, but has all the necessities. Location is close to restaurants, lake shore, and trails. Quiet neighborhood, and dog friendly. Cabin had good cell service, even for Tmobile! Also had WIFI, and all the kitchen supplies you would need. Beautiful deck for your morning coffee or to BBQ. Perfect cabin for a family of 4!

We had a great time. The cabin is small and rustic, but was clean and had everything we needed. The photos are accurate. The location is nice and just a quick drive to the lake. We would return I’m a heartbeat! Really pleased!!

Nice cozy cabin
Nice cozy cabin, perfect for a family of 4. Only thing was there was no WiFi or cable and the shower kept getting plugged up so we couldn’t use it. Other then that, perfect location just a quick walk downtown!
