Boat Parking Available – Boat turnaround at the street is first-come, first-served
Please Do Not Move the Pool Table – It is leveled and very heavy; moving it may cause damage or injury.
HOA RULES- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Evidence of a party can result of immediate cancelation of reservation along with a $1,000 PARTY FEE.
