The Space:

Step into the cozy living room, where comfort and relaxation await. Sink into the plush couches and chairs, perfect for streaming your favorite movies and shows on the large flat-screen TV with Roku and DirectTV. For a bit of fun, gather around the table & explore a selection of board games. In the winter months, enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. A convenient half bathroom nearby ensures easy access for guests.

Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, designed with an open floor plan that fosters conversation while cooking and dining. The kitchen comes complete with all the necessary cookware and utensils to meet your culinary needs. Enjoy meals around the beautiful wooden dining table, which seats eight, or opt for casual dining at the breakfast bar, with seating for three.



Relax in the downstairs master bedroom at Rustic Pines. The king-size bed promises a restful night's sleep, with ample closet space for your belongings. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower and convenient shelving for added storage, making it easy to settle in.

Upstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with two twin-size beds, a TV, and plenty of closet space. These rooms offer separate entrances from the lounge area and a connecting door, perfect for families with young children or teens who want their own space while staying close. Just across from the bedrooms, next to the lounge, is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The upstairs lounge area is the perfect spot to unwind and bond with loved ones. Relax on the comfy couches and chair while enjoying entertainment on the flat-screen TV with DirectTV, Roku, a DVD player, and even VHS options. For some friendly competition, challenge your guests to a game of foosball or darts, or step out onto the balcony for fresh mountain air. The kitchenette is handy for keeping drinks cool, and a selection of DVDs and VHS tapes offers a nostalgic movie night option.

Down the hall from the lounge area are two additional bedrooms, each with a cozy king-size bed and a TV for entertainment. A full-size bathroom is conveniently located nearby, featuring a walk-in shower and ample counter and cabinet space for all your essentials.

The spacious back deck offers a perfect setting for outdoor gatherings. Enjoy al fresco dining at the beautiful wooden table, or relax in the comfy chairs and sofa—perfect for lounging and taking in the surroundings. With three ceiling fans and outdoor lighting, the deck is ideal for enjoying the outdoors well into the evening. Additional outdoor fun can be found with a basketball hoop and horseshoe pit, or you can fire up the BBQ for some outdoor grilling.



Garage:

Guests are welcome to enjoy the garage space, though vehicle parking is not permitted. Inside, the garage offers plenty of entertainment options, including a ping pong table, dome hockey, corn hole, and various outdoor games. For lake day adventures, guests can also take advantage of provided rafts, bikes, and paddle boards. Please bring your own safety equipment- we are not responsible for any accidents.



Other Things to Note:

BBQ Grill Policy:

Propane is not provided for the BBQ grill. Guests are welcome to bring their own propane tank if they plan to use the grill.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, outdoor fires are not permitted at Rustic Pines. This includes campfires, fire pits, and any other open flames. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Should you want a cozy fire experience, feel free to relax by the wood-burning fireplace inside the cabin, where you can enjoy warmth and ambiance year-round. Thank you for respecting this policy!



Pet Policy:

Sorry, pets are not allowed.



Smoking Policy:

There is no smoking inside the home. Smoking is allowed outdoors, but please be sure to dispose of cigarette butts properly. The cost to clean and air out the house after smoking is significant and time-consuming, so we kindly ask that you respect this rule. A $750 cleaning fee will be charged if the smoking policy is violated. Thank you for understanding!
