「Expectations are key. If you expect this to be a dated lake cabin that's clean and comfortable with a great view but not perfect in every way, you'll love it. If you expect this to be a new modern lake "house" with the amenities of home, then you'll be disappointed. Any bad reviews appear to be people who wanted a modern lake house for a vintage cabin price. It has a window AC and plenty of fans. It was in the 90s and we were comfortable. 「Wonderful view of the bay!! New, spacious, clean, dog-friendly home with amazing views of the water. Everything in the home is new. Our family particularly enjoyed the large back yard, hammock, Adirondack chairs, and multiple rooms in the house facing the water. We also appreciated that the house is fully stocked with everything you need - towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, and even things for our dog, too! Our hosts were very responsive and have thought of every comfort you would possibly need...
